How long will the photo shoot take?

On an average home of 2,000 sq ft the tour will take approximate 3 – 3.5 hours.  This is if the home is ready for the photographer to take the photos the moment they walk in the home.  If your photo shoot is running in to your dinner time that’s the perfect excuse to eat out that night.

What is the turn-around time once you take the photos?

We typically have a three day turn around once we have taken the photos. 

What if I need to cancel the photo shoot? 

We hope you need to cancel because you received an amazing offer or rented the apartment.  That would be way too cool.  All you need to do is call or text.  DO NOT EMAIL.  Just call or text Photourious @ 219-252-5037.  If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to appointment there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee due. 

How should I prepare for the photo shoot?

Can I or my client put the tour on my/their facebook and other places to help market the home/apartment?

You sure can!  Your Photourious Rep will give you the link.  Share as much as you would like.  The more exposure the better.

How can I pay for the photo shoot?

Charge card, check, or debit, or cash. 

What if my check is NSF?

Oh my.  We are so sorry the funds were not available to cover the check. Unfortunately when this happens we are charged by our bank and bookkeeping time is taken.  There will be a $45.00 fee for any NSF checks.
